2. Description of Service

SemorIQ is a student productivity web application that helps users manage classes, tasks, projects, and study materials. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

Paid subscriptions (including Pro, AI Budget, and AI Max tiers) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis according to the plan selected. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings, with access continuing until the end of the current billing cycle.

Price Adjustments & Market Fluctuations: Subscription prices and token/feature allowances are subject to change based on prevailing market conditions, third-party infrastructure and AI model provider costs, inflation, and currency exchange rates. Any modifications to recurring subscription fees will be notified to you in advance before taking effect on your subsequent billing renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in SemorIQ. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
